Rev. David Shaw’s wife Patty Shaw with Rev. Lisa Argo offer a Reiki Share on the Second Sunday of each month, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Patty is a Certified Direct Divine Light Healer, Reiki Healer, and Fire Reiki Healer with Rev. Lisa being a second level Reiki Healer and first level Fire Reiki. All attendants must have at least a level one Reiki certifications. Please join us for Reiki Healing.

Rev. David Shaw’s wife Patty Shaw leads meditations on the second Tuesday of each month, from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Patty is a Certified Direct Divine Light Healer and will be leading various topical meditations using the techniques from Change Your Aura, Change Your Life by Barbara Y. Martin and Dimitri Moraitis from the Spiritual Arts Institute, Encinitas, CA. 

Our member, Bridget Morris, created this group as a place and time to provide support and encouragement for women by sharing individual challenges and success in a supportive and confidential setting. The goal of the group is to grow our fellowship with other women by understanding that we are not alone in our experiences in life.

We have Message Nights, Healing Nights, Lectures, and Game Nights. These events throughout the year hosted by our Ministers feed us spiritually, emotionally, and physically. They let us get to know our ministerial staff, members, and friends of CoE. All are welcome.

Rev. Gina Hampton is  introducing a Drumming Circle!  Rev. Gina will be leading our monthly Drumming Circle where you will be enliven and enlighten everyone. Bring your drum or any percussion instrument. We will have a few to share. It will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Our 2026 Spirit Faire is scheduled for August 29 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  We are so excited as we have expanded to have our vendors outside circling the church with our mediums and healers inside the building. We are planning on a social tent with snacks to buy and our raffle items with the possibility of a 50/50 raffle!

Each month, we have a potluck luncheon after the Worship Service on the third Sunday to promote fellowship and discuss the day's speaker and topic, what is going on at the church, and the Philosophy, Science, and Religion of Spiritualism. It is also a great way to meet our ministers and members. The church provides the main dish, and our members and guests provide a dish to share. We also accept donations for those that are not able to bring a dish but would like to contribute to the luncheon. 

The fourth Sunday of the month is set aside for our Members and Board of Directors to deal with the business of the church. Non-members are welcome for the first 10 or 15 minutes to offer their insights, ideas, and thoughts and then the remainder of the meeting is for the business of the church to be decided on by the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Public Relations Director, and the Trustees and members of the church. Members are welcome to share their insights after the business is complete.
