Josephine will utilize specific methodologies, Buffalo drumming, meditative exercises, mind-body movement, synchronistic breathing, and embodiment practices designed to allow the group to become rejuvenated, replenished, re-centered, breakthrough and release stressful patterns, and reset their nervous system.
Dress comfortably and bring water. Bring a yoga mat, bolster, and lap blanket if desired. Chairs are provided on location.
Pre-registration is required. There are a limited number of spots available to ensure ceremony fluidity.
