Josephine will utilize her specific methodologies of Buffalo drumming, meditative exercises, mind-body movement, synchronistic breathing, and embodiment practices designed to allow you to become rejuvenated, replenished and re-centered. This is will allow breakthroughs and releases of stressful patterns and resent your nervous system.
Dress comfortably and bring water. Bring a yoga mat, bolster, and lap blanket if desired. Chairs are provided on location.
Pre-registration is required. There are a limited number of spots available to ensure ceremony fluidity.
